Pandora's Box

Adobe Premiere Pro / MAYA / Adobe Aftwer Effects

Creating this edit showcases my talent as an artist and passion for my craft. I approached this project with the creativity of wanting to incorporate my music. So I am mediately thought of playing the electric guitar with the involvement of 3-D rendering and animation. I wanted it to be in a dream-like world where images, sounds and colors bounce around to create the illusion of feeling like traveling in the collective unconscious. The model of years was a friend of mine who is really comfortable with the camera so it made it easier to capture every angle I needed to get. Discovered the live action portion of my project and for the animation portion of the project I decided to use 3-D software using Maya to create 3D landscape and camera movements. The final production was edited in premiere where I edited and overlay the multiple footage and images for the final product of Pandora’s box.

Fly

Adobe Premiere Pro / MakeHuman / Blender

For this project I decided to create a scenery before a time of social distancing.I made the avatars in Make Human which allowed me to use their character editor to create a model to my liking. After we got the models to my liking the software to pose the characters in the way I want to interact in the animation. The current move is I decided to put on a path and lock the subjects in place when the camera was in action. I did it a few times to make sure that the camera was in the right places. I decided to put more than one avatar in my animation because I wanted it to look like an actual scene from a park. This is important because I am showing the viewers a time before social distancing where we can all interact closely with one another without having her view a 6 foot distance regulation. Fly tells us this by flying around in their close circles up in person on their spaces. Fly is quick as time flies.
